The Buderim Cookie Company was founded in 2004 by Anja Mew a native of Buderim in Queensland, Australia. Anja has an extensive catering and cooking background working in hotel restaurants in Brisbane and Sydney over a period of 25 years.
There is currently an extensive range of cookies, ranging from the traditional recipes, such as Anzacs and Melting Moments to the Gluten Free and Nut Free ranges. All the cookies are hand made and traditional cookies, reflecting the tried and tested recipes of years of baking, using only the best ingredients such as butter and fresh local eggs. Many of the recipes are then given a modern twist with ingredients that add the essence of the Sunshine Coast – fresh fruit, such as raspberries, passionfruit, pineapple and mangos, local macadamia nuts and tropical ginger and spices.
These cookies are available to select cafes and restaurants interested in serving only the best quality cookies to their clients.
Importantly all our ingredients are locally sourced, and where possible locally grown. Orders are baked and packed to order.
